It is with great disappointment that we confirm Wilsons Bar & Bistro is closing its doors and entering liquidation.
This is an incredibly challenging time across the hospitality industry, and despite our best efforts – including pivoting the business more than once to find a sustainable path forward – we’ve had to make this difficult decision.
